Hello friends! My name is Emily Larsen, I am 15 years old, and I am saving up to go on two mission trips. The first mission trip will God willing, take place in 2016. I am planning on going to Ethiopia with my Aunt who goes on this trip each year. We will lovingly interact with the children there, bring them things like shoes and school supplies, and help them with their english and schoolwork. I am so excited about this trip. Just hearing about this trip and seeing videos/pictures of it, I can tell that God is working in this community, and I am so excited to hopefully be a part of it!


The second trip is planned for when I am in college, during the summertime. It will be a 1-2 month long internship at a school for orphan, to help them with their english. I was recently living in Chile, (I know live in Korea) and I was able to be a part of this school for a couple of months. This school works with an organization called "Vision for Chile," and I worked with them on mission work as well. I am familiar and close to this school and ministry, so that is why I will have the opportunity to go on this trip. (The picture above shows me and some orphan girls selling bracelets to raise money for their orphanage, funded by "Vision for Chile". I am the blonde girl in the pink.)

The trip to Ethiopia costs about $2500, and the internship in Chile costs $3100. I am currently saving money babysitting, and I also make and sell infinity scarves in the winter to raise money for my future missions trips. I am making a lot of money these ways, but I still need your help! It would mean the world to me if you make a donation of any amount! I believe that if a lot of people contribute to one cause, a lot can be accomplished. Any donation, no matter how big or small will help me help others!
